The Broilmaster Story
Since 1966, grilling enthusiasts have trusted Broilmaster for exceptional performance, durability, and unmatched support. Backed by quality and support, Broilmaster owners grill on their Broilmaster for decades and pass them on to the next generation.
Historically, Broilmaster’s cast-aluminum grill head featured a deep bottom casting that allowed more uniform temperature across the cooking grid. The original Broilmaster G-1000 also featured the now legendary Bow Tie Burner, known for even heat distribution. Variations of both can be found on most modern Broilmaster grills.
Throughout the years Broilmaster expanded the cast-aluminum offerings to include a full line up of gas, infrared, and charcoal grills. Each Broilmaster grill incorporates a variety of features such as multi-level cooking grids, retract-a-rack, separate burner controls, stainless steel griddles, and the patented Smoker Shutter.
In 2018 we introduced the Broilmaster Stainless gas grill series. Broilmaster Stainless gas grills combine the distinctive features of an original Broilmaster with a sleek, contemporary design. The versatile multi-level cooking grids, retract-a-rack, and timeless Bow Tie Burner live on in this new generation of stainless steel grills.

Broilmaster Stainless Steel Flavor Screen For P3, T3 And D3 Series Grills: This Broilmaster Flavor Screen is constructed of stainless steel. Can be used as a replacement flavor screen or used in place of existing ceramic briquettes.
Benefits of the Flavor Screen
- Enhances the amount and quality of smoke. The Flavor Screen creates smoke from the natural juices of the food being grilled. This results in that charcoal flavor.
- Reduces flare-ups. When properly installed and maintained, the unit will reduce flare-ups.
- Prevents foods from drying out. Because the Flavor Screen eliminates flames and generates smoke and steam from the natural juices, the food does not dry out.
- Improves heat distribution. The Flavor Screen is designed to distribute the heat output of the burners by evenly distributing the hot gases produced by the burner.
- Increases the life of the grill. The Flavor screen reduces by up to 75% the amount of grease that reaches the burners and surrounding area. Grease and drippings are the primary reason for corrosion of the burners and grill body.
